We've changed our name.  The Knitting & Crochet Club in Katy is now known as the Knotty & Nice Club.  If you haven't visited, come next week.  We meet every Wednesday from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

The Big Book of HacksPopular Science Magazine is making my day much easier.  They've come out with The Big Book of Hacks: 264 Amazing DIY Tech Projects which includes a section on how to make a plant-watering robot out of a Roomba.  If that's not for you, how about learning to make a carrying case for your ereader.  Or, how about making your car run on trash?  Check it out.

World's Best Travel ExperiencesI'm smitten with a new travel book that just came out: World's Best Travel Experiences: 400 Extraordinary Places.  Since it's published by National Geographic, you know the photos are great.  But, if you're like me, you'll be putting post-its on pages and dreaming of when you'll go.
