Reference USA is our most popular database. It is primarily a business directory, but it can be used for many different purposes. It also includes residential information, as well as physicians and dentists.
La Porte Bay Area Heritage Society will be having a Christmas Open House on Sunday, December 4, from 2 -4 p. m. at the Depot Museum, 604 Park, La Porte. Everyone is invited to stop by and share a cup of cheer!

Our latest book display in the adult non-fiction section highlights holiday crafts and cooking. Find books to help in planning your holiday meals or creating special gifts. We have many books available on the various holidays. Here are some book titles:

Steve Helms Band will be playing at Five Points Town Plaza on Thursday, October 20, 7 – 9 p. m. Five Points Town Plaza is located at 201 S. Broadway in La Porte. Concert is free. Bring your lawn chairs, mosquito spray, and cooler (no glass). The concert is sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of La Porte.
