Snowing!!

Snowing at the library! We will be closing at 2 pm today, but are planning on being open regular hours on Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Our Friends are still having their book sale. And it is a good time to curl up with a good book. Some Christmas theme books at the library are:

Holiday Book Sale

Our Friends of the Library will be having a book sale on Friday, December 4 from 1 pm to 6 pm and Saturday, December 5 from 10 am to 5pm. They have many books suitable for gifts and hope you will come shopping.

Thanksgiving is almost here. Decorations are up and books are flying off the display. Come get one before they are all gone.

 

November is American Diabetes Month

Diabetes is a serious disease that can lead to potentially life-threatening complications such as heart disease, stroke and kidney disease.

  • 24 million children and adults in the United States live with diabetes
  • 57 million Americans are at risk for type 2 diabetes
