Do you need to learn basic computer skills? The North Channel Library offers monthly computer classes in English and Spanish. In November, we will be offering basic computer classes that will teach Introduction to Windows, Basic Internet, and How to Use Free Email Services. These free classes are very popular so registration is required. To sign up for the November classes, call the library at 281-457-1631 beginning October 15th after 9 am. Space is limited. 
Do you have an inner craft diva waiting to come out? Then you should join Mia as she holds her Scrapbook program on the second Saturday of every month. This month, Mia has a special scrapbooking program where we will learn how to make unique cards. Bring any photos you want to create a special and meaningful card this Saturday, October 8th from 10 am to 3 pm. No registration is required. This program is open to kids, teens and adults!

If you have ever wondered about these or other questions about you or your loved ones financial future, then you don't want to miss the "Key Life Decisions: Are You Prepared" seminar to be held at the North Channel Library on Wednesday, October 12 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. This program will be presented by Edward Jones and feature presentations from Edward Jones, Liberty Tax Service, the Law Office of James R. Beck, and Advantage Howard Glendale Chapel.
