Jumpstart Baby Time!

On Thursday, October 8, 2009, the North Channel Baby Storytime participated in the 2009 Jumpstart Read For The Record program.  North Channel babies joined thousands of children from around the world and the United States by reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.  Twelve children and 10 adults joined us for our contribution to the Jumpstart program.  Last year, 700,000 readers around the globe participated in the Jumpstart program.  Lots of fun was had at this special storytime.  Be sure to join us next year!
