Teen Volunteer Training

Jasmine helps out during SRP 2009!

The North Channel Library is holding two volunteer training sessions for teenagers who are interested in volunteering at the library this summer. Teens who need to earn volunteer time for National Honor Society or other service organizations can earn two hours of volunteer time by attending a Teen Summer Volunteer Training Session on
Saturday, May 22 from 11 am to 1 pm or Wednesday, June 9 from 12 pm to 2 pm. Volunteers must be 14 years or older. Volunteers help the library by shelving books, signing up customers for the library’s Summer Reading Program, and assisting with other programs as needed.  Any questions, just ask!
