The Harris County Hospital District Troubleshooters Mobile Unit will be offering FREE immunizations for children on Tuesday, July 24th from 10 am- 2 pm.  First Come, First Serve, Bring Child's Shot Record. For more information please call the branch at 713-941-2385.

La unidad movil del districto hospitalario del condado de Harris estara ofreciendo vacunas GRATIS para niños el Martes 24 de Julio de las 10 am- 2 pm.  No se require cita, porfavor de traer registro de vacunas.  Para mas informacion llame a la biblioteca al 713-941-2385.

Esta clase introduce al estudiante por primera vez a la computadora.  Los participantes se familiarizaran con los terminos utilizados con diferentes componentes y caracteriscas de la computadora.  Llame o visite la biblioteca de South Houston para registrarse al 713-941-2385. Cupo es limitado a los primeros 15 estudiantes.

Learn to Use Your E-Reader!

Thinking of buying an e-reader or already own one and not sure of how to use it?  The South Houston Branch Library will be hosting a workshop Thursday, March 29 from 2-4 pm where you can learn how to use our digital media catalog and download e-books for free using our wireless network.  Bring your own e-reader or you can compare between the Nook, Kindle or iPad that the branch will have on display.

Immunizations for Children/Vacunas para niños

  On Thursday, March 15th from 10am- 2 pm the Harris County Hospital District Troubleshooters Mobile Unit will be offering immunizations for children ages 2 months to 18 years for a very low cost.  Services will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring child(ren) shot record. Please contact library for more information at 713-941-2385.
