Staff Picks: The Eyre Affair

Take a literary detective named Thursday with a pet dodo and a rogue time-traveling father. Send her after a master criminal who can warp perception. Throw in meteor-catching, street corner Shakespearean monologue machines, vampres, werewolves and  a bureaucrat worried about budgets and you have scarcely scratched the surface of the delightful weirdness that is "The Eyre Affair" by Jasper Fforde.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer here at your library. Help prepare crafts, assist with children’s programs, lend a hand around the library. And while you’re at it earn necessary volunteer credits for school. Come talk to us at the desk and let us know you’d like to volunteer.
