2. Create a piece of art for black history month.  Drawing, sculpture—be creative.
3. Turn it in at High Meadows by Monday, February 28.
4. Include a cover sheet with your name and contact information.

Bring your kids and listen to a story with music from the Houston Grand Opera!  Tuesday, January 25 at 10:30 am at High Meadows.  Program is free and in Spanish.

Traiga sus ninos y escuche un cuenta con musica de la Houston Grand Opera!  Martes 25 de Enero a las 10:30 am.  Esta una programa gratis y en Espanol.

Fruit pancakes!

Come to the library on Tuesday, January 25 at 5pm for our next Kids Cook! parent/child cooking experience.  This time, we’ll be making fruit pancakes.  Space is limited so be here early.  Free tickets will be available at 4:45.  Adult participation is required.

ESL classes

High Meadows branch library hosts English Language classes meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am; on Fridays at 4:30pm and Saturdays at 11am. We look forward to seeing you there.

La biblioteca High Meadows tendra clases de Ingles que se llevaran acabo en el cuarto de conferencias. Habra dos clases, una se llevara acabo los Martes y Jueves a las 11:00am y la otra clase se llevara acabo los Viernes a las 4:30pm y los Sabados a las 11:00 am. Los esperamos!

Cross-stitching and crochet!

Wednesdays at 10am High Meadows will be hosting cross-stitching and crochet classes. Bring your own materials. All adults are welcome. Classes will be conducted in Spanish.
