Readers Perspective

What a unique way of recognizing my opinion when reading a book. If this is important to me, I wonder how many others have the same idea when it comes to reading. Northwest Branch has a book club that reads all kinds of fiction. In doing so, we are able to express our perspectives on the matter. If this is something you would like to be a part of, join us on the 4th Monday of every month. Our next meeting is January 28th @ 2:00 PM. We will be discussing, The Litigators by John Grisham.

Stocking Stuffers One of a Kind

There are actually a few more days of shopping for Christmas. At this point you have probably run out of ideas. Well, what about a stocking stuffer for an avid reader or someone you want to get interested in reading more. Here is a great idea, what about stocking stuffers of reading tools. Let’s explore, an EBook, Hardcopy Book, and last but not least a gift card to purchase a book. In case you don’t want that just give them an application to fill out for a library card which is free and they can get up to 75 books at one time. Also, check out the library catalog for EBooks, and hardcopy books you can direct them there to get them started.
