Ask your favorite author a question...

Alright guys!  I am heading to Albuquerque this weekend to attend the Young Adult Literature Symposium.  At this conference there are going to be A LOT of authors. The list of authors is at this link.  Your mission is to give me questions to ask them if I see them.  I will be checking for responses all weekend long.  The main time I  will have an opportunity to see them is Saturday so if you want your questions answered get them to me by then.  Good luck and I promise to take lots of pictures!

No teen time on Monday but you do have a chance to ask your favorite author a question!

When the mind wanders

I was sitting at my desk trying to come up with a topic for this blog and I started doodling on my piece of paper.  That was it!  I could do my blog on doodling.  How many times have all of you started doodling in a notebook while you were supposed to be listening to your teacher?  I have seen some pretty impressive doodles come out of some English classes here.  Whether you are a fabulous artist or just making random shapes, doodling and more serious art has a tendancy to focus our thoughts and make things more clear, or at least it did for me this after noon.
