New library Key Transfer Ceremony

On Thursday, January 28, 2010, City of Houston officials transferred management of the newly constructed Kingwood Branch Library building to Harris County officials during a special ceremony at the entrance of the new building.  Below is the first part of video shot during the ceremony.  Click here to see the second part.  Click here to see photos of the event.
