Attention Home-Schooled Elementary Age Students

The Houston Grand Opera has an Opera-to-Go performance of The Dog Who Sang at the Opera  scheduled for Friday, Feb. 18 at 2:30 pm. This program is geared for elementary students. We thought KISD was having an off day when we scheduled this event, but now it is a make-up day.

Santa's Ranch Open House

Come on down  Friday, December 17 from 1pm-5pm as we celebrate the season with our Santa's Ranch Open House. Santa Cowboy will be here as well as pony rides, crafts, food and face painting.  You know you'll have fun!

This week is puppet show Wednesday for all preschool children between 3-5 years old.

DO you want to get an early start making your Halloween costume? Or, do you want to get some ideas on how to decorate for a Halloween party? Or, maybe you just want to read a good Halloween story. Well, treat yourself to one of our Halloween books on display in our popular section.

Fall Festival Season Has Arrived.

Fall is my favorite season. I love the crisp apples, hot cider, pumpkin pie, football games and all the fall festivals. Be sure to mark your calender for Friday, Oct. 1 when Maud Marks host our annual Hispanic Heritage Festival. Events start at 2pm with Crafts, Salsa Danicng and a Quincinera Seminar at 3:30 pm. Should be lots of fun for all ages.
