Clear Lake Science Fiction & Fantasy Book Group

Do you love to read Science Fiction and/or Fantasy books?  The Clear Lake Science Fiction & Fantasy Book Group meets the 1st Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room.  Come share your favorites with others, and hear what they have to say about the books they've read.  There is no assigned reading for this book club, so no need to stress over not having finished a book.  The next meeting is Thursday, March 4th at 6:30 p.m., and we hope to see you there!

Romance in the Library

I am excited to announce that Freeman now has a romance section on the 2nd floor!  After many requests from our romance fans (of which I am one!) we have finally been able to set aside some space to highlight our romance authors.  If you have trouble finding it, please don't be afraid to ask us at the reference desk - we'll be happy to point it out to you.
