Book Sale This Saturday!

Book saleThe Friends of the Fairbanks Library are having a book sale this Saturday, June 16, from 10:00-3:00. They have a great selection, including DVDs, VHS tapes, audio books, and many books that look brand new. The prices are great, too! Come and buy loads of them. All proceeds benefit the Fairbanks Library and help provide funding for library programs and materials.  [Clipart ©JupiterImages.]

If so, you’ll want to come to the library on Thursday, June 21, at 4:00 pm, to listen to Laura Washington.  Ms. Washington is a Christian scholar, a published author, and an experienced motivational speaker.  She would love to share what she has learned with you!

ScheduleIf you're looking for a schedule of our summer events, you're on the right page.  On the right hand side of the page, at the bottom of the light gray box, the words "Events Calendar" always lead you to a calendar showing what's going on at our branch.  That's where you can find our special summer events for children, in addition to our regular story times, computer classes, etc.  Happy summer!
