Are You Ready?

CALLING ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!!!!!!  Are you ready for the most important test you will ever take.  On Saturday, yes THIS Saturday, at 10:15 AM, Kaplan is coming to the library to give a mock SAT.  This is your chance to take the REAL SAT under SAT condition without having it count in your life.  Learn what you need to do to improve your score on one of the most important tests you’ll ever take.  All you'll need to bring with you is #2 pencils, a calculator and a snack.  (Yes, the snack is important since you'll be here until at least 2:15 PM.)  Seating for this and all programs is limited.  Click here to register for this all important program.

Movie this Friday

Hi everyone!  At the Maud Marks Library we've been showing movies every Friday, and we'll do it again this week at 1 PM.  However, there has been a slight change in plans.  We will no longer be showing a movie about pre-historic animals making their way through climate change.  Instead we will be showing a movie about a Viking who befriends a fantastical creature.   Can't guess what the movie is?  Give us a call and we'll tell you since we can't post the title here.  Or, just show up on Friday at 1 PM for popcorn and fun!

Did They Get Their Just Desserts?

There's still time to read the next book for our mystery book club!  On Wednesday, July 11 at 2 PM, the Just Desserts Mystery Book Club will be meeting once again to discuss our latest book A Bad Day's Work by Nora McFarland.  Best of all, we will be discussing the book with Nora McFarland herself via Skype!

Reach Out and Connect With Someone

Have you always wondered what happened to that best friend from first grade?  Would you like to find them?  Come to the library on Tuesday at 1 PM for a one time class on the social networking site, Facebook.  We will teach you how to set up an account and ensure your own privacy as well as getting back in touch with old friends at the same time.  We don't have much room in this class so sign up now by clicking here.  Don't forget to check out all the other great programs and classes the library is offering this month.  We have something for everyone!

Take the Maud Marks Adult Summer Reading Genre Challege!
