Confused about ‘friending’?

Hispanic Heritage Festival Friday!

Don’t forget to stop by the Maud Marks Branch tomorrow (Oct. 1)! From 2-5 pm we’ll have crafts, dancing, and more! Since it’s a KISD early release day bring the kids for the fun – we’ll see you there!

Artistic Fun for Elementary-Aged Kids

This Wednesday, September 8 at 4:30pm we’re having the first Afternoon Art of the new school year at the Maud Marks Branch! We’ll be decorating clothespins and transforming them into cool works of art.  This program is free and all supplies are provided; no registration is required.

The Return of Teen Time!

A crisp fall wind may be a couple of months away but school has started and that means it’s time for Teen Time! On Mondays and Thursdays from 2:45-4pm (excluding school holidays and early release days) we have programs for junior high students. These include crafts, game days, computer classes, and movies. Our schedule rotates so stop by to see what we’re doing! Registration is free and available at the program.

Storytime Keeps Coming!

Although our Summer Reading Program has ended the storytimes at the Maud Marks Branch Library stay the same! No registration is required and the following times are available:

Babies (up to 18months): Thursdays at 10:15am and 11:15am
Toddlers (18-36 months): Tuesdays at 10:15am and 11:15am; Wednesdays at 10:15am
