Holds at the Library!!

Does Baldwin Boettcher not have the book you are looking for?  Is this book at one of our other locations?  Did you know you may place a hold on that item using your library barcode and pin number?  Then what happens?  Everyday the libraries are searching for a list of books that need to be pulled from the shelves to fill your requests.  If the item is requested by one of our Baldwin Boettcher customers, the item stays here.  If the item is requested by a customer from another branch then the item goes to the other branch.

Everybody Loves Book Clubs!

Are you a home schooler? Are you reading books nominated for Texas Bluebonnet Award 2014-2015? If you are, then join our Home Schoolers Book Club at Barbara Bush Branch Library! Even if you are not a Home Schooler or you haven’t read those books, you can still come. We meet on alternate Mondays at 3:30 PM.
