I'm reorganizing my diet after reading The Happiness Diet by Tyler Graham and Drew Ramsey. I knew that eating things like sugar would make me peppy at first and crash me later, but I didn't realize how certain vitamins and minerals can affect the actual workings of my brain. Eat the right things and avoid the wrong things - you can improve your mood and increase your energy level. Check it out!

You might find it ironic that this food-heavy month is also dedicated to good nutrition. Sure, first tempt us with stuffing, a plump turkey dinner, pie and other food indulgences, THEN tell us it’s Good Nutrition Month.

Love the skin you’re in. Beauty is more than skin deep. These truths I hold to be self-evident!
