Japan Comes to Barbara Bush

Man Writing KanjiWe had our first program from our Summer Travel Series on Monday and it was a ton of fun. Thanks to the Japan-America Society of Houston (JASH) we were able to learn so much about Japan. Kanji, yukatas, origami—it was all covered. Thank you for visiting the library, Mr. Tsuruta!

Also we drew for a $20 gift card to a local bookstore, which was exciting. Don't forget that there are four more programs this summer. That means there are four more chances to win a $20 gift card. Good luck!
