I don't know about you but I have a sweet tooth. Just look at these cakes in the photo above taken at a grocery store. Yum!! 

If I were to enjoy a generous slice of each of these cakes, though, my cholesterol level would inch its way up higher. What if there were a way to cut the cholesterol but still retain the taste and texture of these cakes?
