SAT test

Are You Going to College?

Are you ready to take the SAT?  No?  We can help prepare you.  On Saturday, February 9, Kaplan will be here at 10:15 AM to give a Mock SAT under REAL testing conditions.  Then, Kaplan will grade the tests for free and let you know how you did and how you can do better when it comes time to take the exam for real.  Learn tips and tricks for improving you score on one of the most important tests you will ever take.

Please keep in mind that you will be taking the entire SAT.  The exam lasts for 4 hours, until 2:15 PM.  Please bring with you #2 pencils, a calculator, and a snack.

Seating is limited for this and many of our programs.  Click here to register for this and other programs at the library.

PSAT Coming Soon

TestTaking tests can be a stressful event.  Why not get your feet wet and settle your nerves by taking a PSAT.  You take it in the comfort of your local library, and the scores are reported only to you.  The Katy Library has the next practice test scheduled on Saturday, August 27th from 10:00am - 2:00pm.  Be sure to bring a snack and/or calculator, if you choose to use them.
