Teen Tech Week

This week Maud Marks celebrated our first Teen Tech Week.  Local teens and tweens came by the library on Wednesday and Thursday this week to learn coding.  They were able to program their very own computer games with the help of our new Young Adult Librarian, Ms. Lauren.  At the end, they were even able to play the very games they created.

Missed all the fun?  Don't worry we have more fun activities for the teen and tween age group coming up.  This next Thursday, after school, we will be hosting a Divergent party to celebrate the release of the upcoming movie.  And every Thursday at the same time we will be having various other activities such as movies, game days, or crafts.  Come join Ms. Lauren for all the fun!  Check out our calendar for what will be happening each week.

Olympics Party!

Join us on Monday at 4:00 pm for our Olympics Party.  There will be relay races, games, crafts, prizes and more!  Everyone ages 5 and up are welcome!  There will also be a prize for whoever of any age can find all the Olympic rings throughout the library!  Be sure to come in and make your guess!
