Be Fit. Lose Weight. Free Exercise Classes Continue

 Join us every week for free exercise walking classes. Classes are on Tuesdays @ 4:30 pm and Wednesdays @ 10:30 am and 4:30 pm.  If you are simply wanting to lose a few pounds, wanting to tone up, or have some spare time and have nothing to do, this is the place to be. No need to register, just be on time, bring your walking shoes and be willing to sweat.  All classes are held inside the meeting room, rain or shine.
