All HCPL branches will be CLOSED Monday, May 27. Cy-Fair will also be CLOSED Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26.
The Chinese New Year Crafts time gave the attendees a chance to be creative and to complete several projects to take home including a Chinese paper dragon.
