Creatorspace Meetings @ Freeman in August

Creatorspace has some exciting topics lined up for their August meetings!

Monday, 8/4 "Vintage Computers" - Dust off that old "atticware" and come reminisce about the evolution of personal computing.

Monday, 8/11 "Fitz Presents His BIGGEST Project Yet" - You have seen his presentations here before. From the electric motorcycle to the "K-9" robot that was the hit at the Houston Comic-Con, Fitz builds exciting projects that WORK. This is by far his most ambitious undertaking ever and he will present it here. Get an early look on Kickstarter or follow them at the Oshkosh Aviation Show via Twitter.

Monday, 8/18 "Running Your Own Minecraft Server" - Come see what is involved in hosting a version of this popular game.

Creatorspace meetings are held on Mondays at 7PM in the Community Room.  They also currently meet at Odyssey Hobbies (100 Nasa Road 1 - Suite #45 - Webster, TX 77598) on Tuesdays at 6 PM.

Sign up at the meeting for their newsletter so you can keep up with the latest on their search for a new permanent location!  Sign up for Freeman Library's "Innovation Lab & Maker Programs" newsletter to get the latest on maker programs at Freeman and the future Lee Innovation Lab.
