Mrs. Barbara Bush made a surprise visit today to the Barbara Bush Branch of Harris County Public Library to view the mural on the wall created by artist Pat Rawlings. The 7 ft. by 31 ft. mural combines the natural beauty of the Cypress Creek area with the local history of Klein, Texas, and with classic characters from children's literature. Mrs. Bush appears in the mural along with library staff members and many young library customers.
