Para Los Ninos or For the Children Storytime

Para los Ninos, For the Children Bi-lingual Storytime will be starting on Thursday, January 6th at 3:00 pm. The program will be every 1st Thursday of the month.  It is designed to introduce families to the library and give parents tips on how to help thier children learn at home.  The program is for parents and their children three to six year olds. The topics we will be learning about are family communication, healthy minds, healthy bodies, how your child learns, loving limits, math at home, raise a reader, self esteem and taking time and taking turns. We will read a story then participate in a learning activity.  When you fill out a questionaire at the end of each program you will receive a pass to the Children's Museum good for up to four people.  Be sure to arrive 30 minutes in advance to pick up your tickets at the Information Desk. It is sure to be fun and educational.
