Upcoming Fitness Programs for Adults at Kingwood Branch Library
Don’t let the heat keep you from getting fit! Consider attending one of Kingwood Branch Library’s upcoming fitness programs. Both programs are presented by Kingwood Community Center and are low-impact.
Tuesday, June 11, 10:20 AM - 11:30 AM: Chair Yoga. Join Ms. Cathy for a low-impact yoga class that incorporates chairs for support. Mats will be provided or bring your own. Please wear comfortable attire and bring a water bottle.
Tuesday, June 18. 10:20 AM - 11:30 AM: Line Dancing Demonstration. Join Ms. Kay for a fun hour of line dancing! Be sure to wear comfortable attire.
Programs are open to individuals 18 and older. Registration is recommended as space is limited; walk-ins are welcome. Registrants who don’t show up by 10:30 AM may lose their spot to walk-ins. Register by calling 281-360-6804, via our Events Calendar, or visiting us at 4400 Bens View Lane.
