The West According to Willie

No doubt about it, Willie Nelson is a household name. And deservedly so. He has recorded about a gazillion hit songs over the pasrt forty years. He's also managed to get himself involved in a number of films that have achieved near cult status, including The Electric Horseman, ThiefThe Dukes of Hazard and Barbarosa. And if that wasn't enough, he's penned numerous books that will only enhance his cult status. How can you resist titles like The Facts of Life and other dirty jokes or The Tao of Willie? Well, now he's gone and written a western (along with author Mike Blakely). A Tale Out of Luck is about a fictional town somewhere in the vicinity of Austin Texas and includes a cast of characters and sublots that would stagger Marshall Dillon. Texas Rangers, cowboys and Indians, saloons, ghosts, romance, murder, mystery and mayhem; it's all here. It's certainly worth looking into, as is anything Willie puts his hand to, but I'll leave it up to you whether he needs to keep his night job, at least for the time being.
