This Saturday is National Gaming Day! We’ll have board games galore for kids, teens, and adults. Go to the Information Desk and pick a game.

 

Woodworking Demo this Saturday!

Join us this Saturday, November 7 from 1:00 to 4:00 as we view an array of handmade wooden projects and watch firsthand as they are made.   Can't make it to the demo?  Check out one of the many woodworking titles owned by Harris County Public Library.

The Week @ the Katy Library – November 2nd Edition

Now that November’s here, we have a busy week of special programs in store for you.  Voting will be taking place in our meeting room, so Monday & Tuesday’s storytimes will be held in the back of the children’s area.  Wednesday’s teen afterschool program (2:00pm) will feature Guitar Hero I & II on the Playstation 2.  Also on Wednesday at 6:30pm is our monthly Hispanic Book Club.  Other special events this week: Mystery Book Club on Saturday at 10:30am & a Woodworking Demonstration on Saturday from 1:00 – 4:00pm.
