Afterschool Craft Time!

Hey, kiddos!  Would you like to enjoy more than a story at the library?  If you would, then come and join Miss Connie in the meeting room for craft time on Tuesday, January 19th, at 4:00 PM if you're a grade-schooler, or Thursday, January 21st, at 2:20 PM if you're a preschooler.  Call or visit the library for more information or to sign up.  Don't miss out on a little fun and creativity this week!

Let's Go to the Opera Preview

Join us on Wendesday, January 20th, from 7:00 to 8:45 PM, at the library as presenter Ann Thompson previews two productions of the Houston Grand Opera's Winter repertory period: Puccini's "Tosca," opening January 22nd, and Britten's "The Turn of the Screw," opening January 29th.  Don't miss it!

Watch Us on the Web!

Did you know that the library has it's very own YouTube channel?  That's right, you can watch us on the Web!  Over the last year or so, we've recorded and collected our own videos for your viewing pleasure.  If you want to watch a little bit of our past programs, need to get a good book suggestion, or would like to learn more about the new library building, go take a look!  Got an idea about other material to add?  Let us know!
