Adult Gaming in the Teen Room

While the teens are away, adults will play!
Adults are invited to play a PS3 or Wii game in the Teen Gaming Room on Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m.through May.

 No registration is required. See Adult Services staff or call 281-360-6804 for more information.

 

Mysterious Monday Craft: Things That Go Vrooom!

Rockets and race cars are what we'll be making on Monday, April 23, at 4 pm.

Miss Connie has a great craft planned for the Dragoneers on Thursday, April 26 at  4 pm - there will be snacks! 

Saturday afternoons at 3 pm is our new Family Story Time.

Humble Noon Lions Club Foundation Presents Donation!

The Humble Noon Lions Club Foundation generously donated funds to purchase Large Print books and Books On CD for the Kingwood Library. We welcome the opportunity to partner with them to benefit the community. Titles from this grant, which include non-fiction, general fiction, mysteries, and romance, are coming in weekly. 

 A big thank you goes out to the members of the Humble Noon Lions Club for their generous grant!

Caterpillar Craft for Mysterious Monday

 On Mysterious Monday, April 16, at 4 pm, there will be a caterpillar craft for kids, "What's  a caterpillar craft?"  You'll have to come and see. On Thursday, April 19, at 4 pm , we're making origami rabbits. Don't forget our new Family Story Time on Saturdays at 3 pm!

The Butterfly Project

Between Monday, April 9 and Friday, April 20, patrons can stop by the library to make paper butterflies. The butterflies will be donated to the Holocaust Museum Houston for an upcoming special exhibition.  Materials will be available Monday through Friday (with the exception of Wednesday) all day in the Teen Room located on the second floor. Make an extra one to take home!
