Gulf Coast Reads month is here and we will be celebrating this year’s selection with two programs:

-Wednesday, October 8 (tomorrow!), 10:30 am -11:30 am, will be our Book Discussion. Light refreshments will be served.

-Monday, October 13, 7 pm – 8 pm, Lisa Struthers, Library Director for the Albert and Ethel Herzstein Library at the San Jacinto Museum of History, will be here to tell us about the materials available at the Monument library. Ms. Struthers will highlight items that relate to the themes in Remember Ben Clayton. Light refreshments will also be served at this gathering.

Both events will be held in the big Meeting Room at the library.

You are welcome to attend either program whether or not you have read the book, but please be aware that the Book Discussion will contain spoilers!

Hope to see you at one or both events!
