An "Inspiring" Book Club

Attention readers of Christian literature: The Inspirational Book Club is for you! We meet once a month to discuss classic and contemporary Christian fiction and nonfiction books by popular authors. Karen Kingsbury, Francine Rivers, Tim LaHaye, T. Davis Bunn, and Dee Henderson are just a few of the authors whose books we have enjoyed. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to share and gather reading recommendations. Join us for our next meeting on June 10 at 7 p.m. as to talk about Ann Tatlock’s book Every Secret Thing.

Every Thursday night teens meet in the Computer Lab to watch a movie on the (semi) big screen. Teens choose the movie from pre-selected options. Bring friends, bring snacks and drinks, surf the Internet, and watch a movie!

Meet in the second floor Computer Lab every Thursday from 7:00-9:00pm.

Candy Sushi for Teens!

candy sushiDid you know that May is Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month? Come celebrate with sushi! Candy sushi, that is. We will be making delicious (if slightly funny looking) sushi out of candy. Make some to share, or eat it all yourself!

This program is for teens ages 12 to 18. Meet in the first floor Meeting Room (L129) on Tuesday, May 11 from 4:00-5:00pm.
