Summer is over

Our summer programs are over and we're getting ready for Back to School activities.  We hope you enjoyed your summer at the Library and will join us for seasonal craft programs, book discussions and more throughout the school year.

Final summer program

The Joker performed a magic program for children at this summer's final program.

We had a busy summer with animals, crafts and rock polishing.  Thank you to the Friends of the West University Library for funding the various programs and to the community for attending.

Joker from Batman will present children's magic program

Erik the Magician - dressed as the Joker from Batman - will present a magic show for children on Wednesday August 6 at 3 PM.  This is the final program for the summer and will be in the auditorium at the Senior Center next door to the Library.

Trees for Houston program

Trees for Houston will present a children's program on Wednesday July 23 at 3 PM.  Children will learn about tree biology and the value of planting and protecting trees in our environment.
