Turtle and tortoise program

   The Traveling Naturalist will bring turtles and tortoises for children to meet and study at a program on Wednesday July 16 at 3 PM.  This program will appeal to children ages 4 to 12 years.

Terrarium program for tweens and teens

Tweens and teens can learn about terrariums and the ecosystem involved by creating their own terrarium to take home.  The program will be Tuesday July 15 at 3:15 PM next door at the Senior Center.  The program is free and all supplies are provided.

Bubble wand craft

   Who doesn't like bubbles ?  Wednesday July 9 at 3 PM children will make beaded bubble wands and we'll try them out at a bubble program.

Rock polishing / fossil program

   Come to the Library Wednesday July 2 at 3 PM to learn how to polish rocks.  Dr. Neal Immega will bring a selection of rocks for children to select and polish.  Learn about the different types of rocks and minerals.  While waiting to polish their rock, children can create a dinosaur "fossil" to take home.  All supplies provided.
