Jungle Jim program exciting

Jungle Jim and his huge assortment of animals and insects was a huge success to start of this year's summer reading program.  We saw an albino toad, a 25 year Mississippi Mud turtle who is only 2 inches long, as well as displays of enormous insects from around the world.  One parent exclaimed "Wow - we learned so much !"

the heart of the matterPlease join us to discuss The Heart of the Matter, by Graham Greene.  Wednesday July 2, at 11 a.m.

"Graham Greene's masterpiece, The Heart of the Matter, tells the story of a good man enmeshed in love, intrigue, and evil in a West African coastal town.  Originally published in 1948, The Heart of the Matter is the unforgettable portrait of one man—flawed yet heroic, destroyed and redeemed by a terrible conflict of passion and faith."  -amazon.com review
