New Hours at Crosby Branch Library

The Crosby Branch Library will have a reduction in hours on Wednesdays starting April 19th. Online services are still available 24/7 at www.hcpl.net. The new Crosby Branch Library schedule will be: Monday 12-8, Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday Closed, Thursday 10-6, Friday 1-6, Saturday 10-5. We apologize for the inconvenience. Friends of the Library Annual Meeting

The Crosby Friends of the Library will be having their annual meeting on Monday, April 19 at 6:30 pm. There will be a business meeting followed by a talk on newspapers by Lewis Spearman, reporter with the Highlands Star Crosby Courier. Refreshments will follow the meeting.

Book Club

Join our book group in reading Death of an Expert Witness by P.D. James. An evil-tempered scientist is murdered and Commander Dalgliesh must dig up secrets to find the motive in the killing.

Spring has Sprung (Maybe)

It's beginning to feel like spring. The library pear tree is in full bloom. Thoughts of gardens with flowers and vegetables are on our minds. The library has many books on both. Be inspired by the pictures and have fun.
