Bus Buddies is a partnership between the Cy-Fair volunteer community and the school district to provide assistance during the first week of school to elementary students to help them  in getting off the bus at the correct location.

End of Summer Movie & Costume Party for Teens

twilight book movie coverTeens are invited to the the End of Summer Twilight Costume Party, tonight from 5:30 - 8pm, in LRNC 131.  Prizes will be awarded for best costumes. Calling All Young Art Aficionados!

Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are invited to participate in our annual art camp at two locations: Parker Williams Library and Cy-Fair College Library. Art Camp runs this coming week, Monday, August 3rd through Friday, August 7th from 10am-12pm.

During Art Camp, children will read books and do art projects in reference to the books they read. During the week, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Museum of Fine Arts for a tour. If you are interested in registering your child but are curious about what the program entails, check out our photo collection from last year’s Art Camp.

Computer Workshop Schedule Updated Through October

Need to develop your computer skills?  Attend a computer workshop at library.  Our workshops focus on Microsoft Office Suite 2007, but also include topics like Facebook, online job searching, email and others.  Workshops are offered on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings in LRNC 203, our computer classroom. 

The current schedule runs through October.
