Are you on the waiting list for the latest GED book?

Have you been unable to renew your check out time on the Real Estate exam book?

If your answer to either one of these questions was "Yes," then hop on the Learning Express Library database on the library's website. On this database, also called LearnATest.com, you can take practice exams based on official tests such as the GED, LSAT, Real Estate, Citizenship, and THEA. These are just a few of the many!

Some material is presented in Spanish as well as English!

Grab a Bundle!

open bookHave you registered for the Teen Summer Reading Program? Well, you totally should if you haven’t. You still have plenty of time to finish your 5 books or 600 minutes before August 7th. To help you out, we’ve got book bundles by the first floor customer service desk. As you check out, check out a bundle! Each bundle has a theme (for example: Classic Science Fiction, Mystery Must-Reads, Music=Life, Tales of the City) and includes three books to get you started.

Genealogy @ your Library

Are you trying to follow your roots? Would you like to fill in the blanks on your family tree?

Adults of all ages, please join us for the under50over  on Friday, July 2nd when Laura Smith, Reference Librarian, will present "Genealogy: Beyond the Census."  This program will start at 10:30 and will be held in the Marge Jacobson Community Room on the first floor.
