Girl Scout Interest Project: Exploration! – Building a Better Future

The Clear Lake City-County Freeman Branch Library is offering the continuation of the Girl Scout “Interest Project: Exploration” program on Saturday, September 12th at 10:30 am. The workshop will feature work towards the “Building a Better Future” Interest Project and will meet in the Marge Jacobson Community Room on the first floor. The workshop is free but registration is required. 50+ Movie Day on August 28, 2009

 

On Friday, August 28th, 50+ Programs will present a movie, title to be announced.  The movie will start at 10:15 am in the Marge Jacobson Community Room. Coffee and snacks will be provided by the Friends of Freeman Library. AP Summer Reading Discussion Groups

August 10th - August 19th  Are you or someone you know going to be taking AP or Pre-AP Language Arts or Social Studies this upcoming Fall?  At Freeman, we've got you covered.  Join us for student and group-led discussions of the required summer reading to help get yourself in gear for the school year (and enjoy some snacks while you're at it)!

Computer Classes Week of August 10, 2009

Family Night @ Your Library

Family Night is a program designed for the whole family to enjoy together. This program features stories, songs, fun activities and occasional crafts.                                                                      

Para los Ninos is held on the second Thursday of each month during the Family Night session. It is a family learning program that serves parents whose first language is Spanish as well as English speakers. The program is presented in English.     

Family Night is held every Thursday Night beginning at 6:30pm.
