Keep Katy Beautiful [2]is celebrating the advent of curbside recycling in Katy by bringing back Festivitrees for the 2012 Holiday Season.  To participate, send in the entry form [3](no fee) and proudly display a tree in your business made from recycled or reused products or materials.  For more information, check the City of Katy website [4].
