A few weeks ago, I peeled and sliced a couple of peaches for the kids for lunch and after all the work preparing peaches the kids barely ate any. So I was left with a bowl of yummy fresh peaches and nothing to do with them. On a whim, I decided I wanted to make a peach crisp, but needed to find a recipe that would work with the ingredients I had in my kitchen. After searching for a while and looking through several recipes, I finally found one that would work.
