The Classic Cinema Club meets once a month at Baldwin Boettcher on a Wednesday at 2 PM to watch a not-so-new but treasured movie on our large screen in the library's meeting room. On January 6, we invite you to join us for a screening of an Oscar winning film from 1951, starring Elizabeth Taylor and Montgomery Clift , based on Theodore Dreiser's novel, An American Tragedy . The novel itself was inspired by a true crime story of the era. The photo should give you a clue to the film's title, if you still haven't guessed, or you may call the library at 281-821-1320 for more information about this program. Free popcorn and soft drinks! Best movie deal in town.
