Losing weight is probably foremost on everyone’s mind after the holidays. We at the library can help you with your goals (no, we’re not going to be your personal trainers, and don’t offer to pay us to be your personal trainers because some of us might be tempted to take you up on that offer). What we do have here are exercise DVDs and books to aid you, as well as cook books to help you make healthy meals. I’ll give you a hint: check out nonfiction sections 613 and 641.5. Don’t give up this year! You can lose weight.
