Best of 2009 Romance

It’s that time of year again! The Romance Writers of America© [2] will be acknowledging the best of 2009’s romances with their prestigious RITA© Award. There are great books in each of the 12 categories, but I’m most looking forward to seeing who wins the award for best paranormal romance. Past winners in this category include Gwyn Cready [3], J.R. Ward [4], Kresley Cole [5], and Karen Marie Moning [6]. All the winners will be announced on July 31, but in the meantime check out some of this year’s nominees:
