In recognition of Asian-Pacific Heritage Month, the Fairbanks Library is hosting a discussion on Monday, May 10, of the book Farewell to Manzanar [2] by Jeanne Wakatsuki Houston and of the internment of Japanese-Americans during World War 2. If you’d like to participate in the discussion, please join us in the library meeting room at 6:30 pm.
