Many of you are familiar with the beloved children's books written by Dr. Seuss. What you may not be aware of is that "Dr. Seuss" was a nom de plume [2]. His given name was Theodor Seuss Geisel. [3]
What is even more surprising is that "Dr. Seuss" was just one of the author's pen names. He also wrote several books as Theo LeSieg [4](Geisel spelled backwards), and one book as Rosetta Stone [4].
