National Poetry Month

 Do you long to wax poetic?  Can you haiku? Are you a poet who just doesn't know it?

Join the North Channel Creative Writing Club as we celebrate National Poetry Month on Saturday, April 23 at 2:30 pm.  Experiment with new poetry forms and read works by authors you have not tried before.

Join the Academy of American Poets [2] on Thursday, April 14th to celebrate Poem in your Pocket Day:  "The idea is simple: select a poem you love during National Poetry Month then carry it with you to share with co-workers, family, and friends."
